Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions, asking targeted questions to help students identify their feelings and behaviors
- Maintain confidential case files to track each student's progress, history, and treatment plan
- Teach students and their family's skills for conflict resolution, anger, and stress management, and guide them to external resources, such as medical care, that support their mental well-being
- Supervise and advise other therapists, assistants, and school staff
- CA Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting
- Pay: $1,897.55 - $1,956.24 / week
