Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral support to students with emotional and behavioral challenges across general and special education settings.
- Conduct and assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to implement positive behavior supports and promote a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Valid AZ certification
- Prevention and Support / Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) certification preferred
- Pay: $2,456.28 - $2,532.24 / week
