Responsibilities:
- Continuously evaluate and monitor patients’ health, vital signs, and progress.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and adjust individualized care plans.
- Provide prescribed treatments, medications, and therapies while monitoring responses.
- Respond to acute changes in patient condition with immediate interventions and life-saving measures.
- Educate and support patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions.
- Work with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications:
- AZ Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Acute care setting
