Responsibilities:
- Implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
- Collecting and analyzing data on student behavior and providing direct support to students by teaching and reinforcing positive behaviors
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistency in behavior interventions
- Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress and behavior management strategies
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical guidelines as set by ABA
- Completion of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Pay: $1,106.75 - $1,140.98 / week
