Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients' health status.
- Develop care plans and coordinate follow-ups.
- Administer medications, vaccines, and assist with minor procedures.
- Educate patients on care, prevention, and self-management.
- Document patient interactions and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and participate in quality improvement and ensure patient safety.
- Assist with scheduling and clinic tasks.
- CO Registered Nurse license
- BLS/ACLS, and Ambulatory Care Nurse certification (optional)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience RN, preferably in ambulatory or outpatient settings
- Pay: $794.2 - $818.76 / week
