- Provide patient care and assist with daily activities at home
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments in the home setting

- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed in the home environment
- CA Licensed Practical Nurse license
- The ideal candidate will have minimum one year of experience, although new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong commitment to providing quality patient care
