Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control programs to reduce the risk of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs).
- Conduct surveillance, data collection, and analysis of infection trends within the healthcare facility.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and The Joint Commission (TJC).
- Investigate outbreaks, identify sources of infection, and implement corrective actions to prevent further transmission.
- HI Registered Nurse license
- BLS required
- CIC or CBIC certification preferred
- Pay: $2,500.26 - $2,577.59 / week
