Location Data Disclosure (Mobile App Only)
Location Information (Mobile Application)
The Pioneer Healthcare Candidate Portal mobile application may request access to your device’s location (precise or approximate location, depending on your device settings) in order to enable certain mobile app features and improve user experience. Location access applies only to the mobile application and does not apply to users accessing the Candidate Portal via web browser. We may access location data for the following purposes:
•To support location-based functionality within the mobile app
•To improve service accuracy and operational efficiency
•To meet compliance or reporting requirements, where applicable
Location data is accessed only with your explicit permission through your device settings. You may disable location access at any time by adjusting your device permissions. We do not sell location data. Location information is not shared with third parties except:
•With trusted service providers strictly for operational purposes and under confidentiality obligations, or
•When required by applicable laws or regulatory authorities.

Data Security
Pioneer uses commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect Personal Information. However, no system is completely secure, and you provide information at your own risk.
Minors
